Cascabel | Un árbol con frutos curiosos || Rattlesnake | A tree with curious fruits

Hoy salí a hacer algunas diligencias y en el camino de regreso me encontré un árbol con unos frutos que me parecieron curiosos ya que su color era llamativo, a mi parecer son casi como unas pequeñas manzanas con un rojo intenso y brillante, al acercarme pude observar mejor este fruto y el árbol como tal pero al no saber su nombre ni nada sobre él le tomé algunas fotos y en este post las compartiré con ustedes.
Today I went out to do some errands and on the way back I found a tree with some fruits that seemed curious to me since their color was striking, in my opinion they are almost like small apples with an intense and bright red, when I got closer I could see Better this fruit and the tree as such, but not knowing its name or anything about it, I took some photos of it and in this post I will share them with you.
Se trata de un árbol llamado Acotope y también conocido como Cascabel que posee un fruto con forma similar a la de una baya y con un color rojo intenso, el árbol llega a medir hasta 7 metros de altura y posee lindas flores amarillas, sus tallos son lisos y delgados y sus hojas de un color verde intenso.
It is a tree called Acotope and also known as Cascabel that has a fruit with a shape similar to that of a berry and with an intense red color, the tree reaches up to 7 meters in height and has beautiful yellow flowers, its stems are smooth and thin and its leaves of an intense green color.
Este árbol se ve generalmente en México, Colombia y Venezuela, su habitad es húmedo aunque también se le ha visto en selva y en dunas costeras.

Su fruto a pesar de ser muy vistoso y llamativo no se puede consumir ya que puede causar intoxicación.
