Hola chicos, espero que se encuentren bien. A continuación les comparto una de mis recetas favoritas y que disfruto hacer que son unos pequeños Corn Dog coreanos, muy fáciles de hacer que quedan crujientes y deliciosos.

MATERIALES/ MATERIALS

• 100 gr de harina de trigo/ 100 gr wheat flour
• 3 salchichas/ 3 sausages
• 1 cda de azúcar/ 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1 cda de maicena/ 1 tablespoon cornstarch
• Agua/ Water
• Pan molido/ Bread crumbs

PROCEDIMIENTO/ PROCEDURE

Para empezar haremos la mezcla, en un plato mezclaremos el agua con las cdas de azúcar y maicena juntos.

Luego le agregaremos poco a poco la harina de trigo hasta formar una mezcla ni tan espesa y ni tan aguada.
Dejamos fermentar en la nevera preferiblemente por unos 10 minutos.

Let it ferment in the refrigerator preferably for about 10 minutes.

Mientras tendremos nuestras salchichas por las cuales cortaremos las 3 por la mitad y le introducimos palillos chinos a cada uno.
Donde después rosearemos con las salchichas con harina de trigo para que se pegue mejor la mezcla.

Meanwhile we will have our sausages for which we will cut the 3 in half and we will introduce chopsticks to each one.
Where we will then thread the sausages with wheat flour so that the mixture sticks better.

Luego pasaremos la salchicha por la mezcla y luego con pan molido cubriéndolas bien.

Para terminar, pondremos a freírlas con suficiente aceite en un sarten hasta que estén crujientes y doradas.

Listo, la podemos acompañar con salsa de tomate y mostaza. A disfrutar¡
