Hola chicos, espero que se encuentren bien. A continuación les comparto una de mis recetas fáciles y rápidas para almorzar con pollo a la papa con salsa verde, muy nutritivo en preparar algo distinto.

MATERIALES/ MATERIALS

• Pollo/ Chicken
• Papa/ Pope
• Perejil/ Parsley
• Salsa de soya/ Soy sauce
• 1 taza de agua/ 1 cup of water
• Sal/ Salt

PROCEDIMIENTO/ PROCEDURE

Para empezar, prepararemos el pollo en cuadros dándole sabor con pimienta negra, orégano y salsa de soya (no nos olvidemos del toque de sal).

To begin, we will prepare the chicken in squares, flavoring it with black pepper, oregano and soy sauce (let's not forget the touch of salt).

En un sarten con aceite caliente, pondremos a cocinar las papas en cuadros por unos minutos.

In a frying pan with hot oil, cook the potatoes in squares for a few minutes.

Pasado los minutos, por fin le agregaremos el pollo mezclando bien con las papas (le podemos agregar solo un poco de orégano en polvo para darle sabor de manera opcional).

After a few minutes, finally add the chicken and mix well with the potatoes (we can add just a little oregano powder for flavor as an option).

Mientras se cocina el pollo, por otro lado vamos licuando con una taza agua y unas ramas de perejil quedando un licuado verde.
Notando el pollo un poco cocinado le podemos colocar la mezcla licuada.

While the chicken is cooking, on the other hand, we blend with a cup of water and some parsley sprigs to obtain a green smoothie.
When the chicken is a little bit cooked we can add the liquefied mixture.

Para terminar, mientras se va cocinando si queremos la mezcla un poco espesa le podemos colocar 1 cda de maicena o harina de trigo.
Ya el pollo a su punto lo podemos servir con espagueti y listo a almorzar¡

To finish, while it is cooking, if we want the mixture a little thick we can add 1 tablespoon of cornstarch or wheat flour.
Once the chicken is ready, we can serve it with spaghetti and it is ready to have lunch!
