«Como sucedió en los días de Noé, así será también en los días del Hijo del hombre: comían, bebían, se casaban los hombres y las mujeres tomaban esposo, hasta el día en que Noé entró en el arca; entonces llegó el diluvio y acabó con todos. Asimismo, como sucedió en los días de Lot: comían, bebían, compraban, vendían, sembraban, construían; pero el día que Lot salió de Sodoma, llovió fuego y azufre del cielo y acabó con todos.
Esperamos que estas cosas no vuelva a ocurrir, pero este deseos es incierto porque el mismo Jesús dice: Así sucederá el día que se revele el Hijo del hombre. a partir de esta frase el Mesías de Dios lanza una serie de advertencias que nombraremos en el siguiente párrafo.

no deja de darle esperanzas a la humanidad: “voy a prepararos el lugar para que estéis donde yo estoy”. Además, los cristianos sabemos que Jesús es el camino, la luz y la vida, Él vino a traernos salvación pero para que podamos disfrutar de su presencia en el cielo debemos ser fieles a su palabra y para ello es fundamental concienciar el mandamiento principal: “Amarás a Dios sobre todas las cosas y a tu prójimo como a ti mismo." Vivamos pues, en el amor, sumergidos en su presencia haciendo de las virtudes nuestro estandarte: Fe, Esperanza y Caridad, Justicia, Amor, Libertad y Paz y para ellos debemos privilegiar la Prudencia, la Fortaleza y la Templanza.

En aquel tiempo, dijo Jesús a sus discípulos: En aquellos días, Jesús dijo a sus discípulos: “Lo que sucedió en el tiempo de Noé también sucederá en el tiempo del Hijo del hombre: comían y bebían, se casaban hombres y mujeres, hasta el día en que Noé entró en el arca; entonces vino el diluvio y los hizo perecer a todos.
Lo mismo sucedió en el tiempo de Lot: comían y bebían, compraban y vendían, sembraban y construían, pero el día en que Lot salió de Sodoma, llovió fuego y azufre del cielo y los hizo perecer a todos. Pues lo mismo sucederá el día en que el Hijo del hombre se manifieste.
Aquél día, el que esté en la azotea y tenga sus cosas en la casa, que no baje a recogerlas; y el que esté en el campo, que no mire hacia atrás. Acuérdense de la mujer de Lot. Quien intente conservar su vida, la perderá; y quien la pierda, la conservará.
Yo les digo: aquella noche habrá dos en un mismo lecho: uno será tomado y el otro abandonado; habrá dos mujeres moliendo juntas: una será tomada y la otra abandonada’’.
Entonces, los discípulos le dijeron: “¿Dónde sucederá eso, Señor?” Y él les respondió: “Donde hay un cadáver, se juntan los buitres”.
