Saludos amigos de #hivediy. Ayer les decía que durante mi proceso productivo mi cerebro es un caldo de ebullición, así que ayer idee un proyecto como el que les mostré y el que les explicaré hoy. Hace días les mostré Cómo elaborar un portapaños con motivo de chef así que para acompañar a ese chef, hoy he querido elaborar un hermoso chefecito confeccionado en material diverso y de provecho.

Antes de comenzar a dar las pautas para elaborar este hermoso chef, quiero comentar como algunos datos curiosos sobre esta profesión.

Por lo general, la acción de cocinar se le atribuye a las mujeres, sin embargo en la práctica son los hombres quienes tienen la batuta. En los últimos tiempos la profesión de chef ha sido muy cotizada y sobre todo han estado ejerciendo esta profesión debido a la pandemia.

Un chef o cocinero es el encargado de supervisar la preparación y la cocción de alimentos. Por lo general, estos son contratados para preparar comidas para las empresas, hoteles, cruceros, restaurantes, comedores, centros penitenciarios, hospitales, entre otros sitios. Pero, en una cocina no solo está el chef sino que ellos están organizados en equipos con diferentes responsabilidades.

Asi que en la práctica existen diferentes tipos y niveles de chef. Cuando las cocinas poseen grandes dimensiones por lo que se puede encontrar: los chef que se dedican a la pastelería; los que se dedican a preparar las salsas y los platos principales o los llamados chef saucier; el que se dedica a preparar pescado o chef poissonier; el encargado de las verduras o chef entremétier... Como puedes ver cada especialidad tiene un encargado, así que cuando te hablen de grandes chef debes tener en cuenta la especialidad, ya que no es uno solo el encargado de TODO, sino que hay uno de dirigir a los otros.

Por ello hoy en mi proyecto le he dado a mi chef guardapaño un asistente que se va a encargar de adornar mi cocina ☺️. Ahora si, aquí les dejo las instrucciones para que elaboren esta hermosa pieza decorativa.

A few days ago I showed you how to make a chef's cloth holder, so to accompany that chef, today I wanted to make a beautiful little chef made of diverse and useful material.

Before beginning to give the guidelines to elaborate this beautiful chef, I want to comment on some curious facts about this profession.

In general, the action of cooking is attributed to women, however in practice it is the men who have the baton. In recent times, the profession of chef has been highly valued and, above all, they have been practicing this profession due to the pandemic.

A chef or cook is in charge of supervising the preparation and cooking of food. In general, these are hired to prepare meals for companies, hotels, cruise ships, restaurants, canteens, prisons, hospitals, among other places. But, in a kitchen there is not only the chef but they are organized into teams with different responsibilities.

So in practice there are different types and levels of chef. When the kitchens have large dimensions for what can be found: the chefs who are dedicated to pastry; those who are dedicated to preparing the sauces and main dishes or the so-called chef saucier; the one who is dedicated to preparing fish on chef poissonier; the person in charge of the vegetables or chef entremétier... As you can see, each specialty has a person in charge, so when they talk to you about great chefs you must take into account the specialty, since there is not only one person in charge of EVERYTHING, but there is one to lead others.

That's why today in my project I have given my chef an assistant who will be in charge of decorating my kitchen ☺️. Now yes, here are the instructions to make this beautiful decorative piece.

Materiales:

Frascos de vidrio.
Foami blanco.
Plancha.
Pinturas al frío blanco, piel, negro y rosada.
Pincel.
Lápiz.
Silicón frío.

Materials:

Glass bottles.

White foam.

Iron.

White, skin, black and pink cold paints.

Brush.

Pencil.

Cold sylicon.

Paso a paso:

Para decorar este frasco utilizaremos uno que tenga la boca ancha y que sea un poco ovalado. Luego lo pintamos con la pintura al frío color piel, pasando varias capas para que quede bien cubierto.

Step by Step:

To decorate this jar we will use one that has a wide mouth and is slightly oval. Then we paint it with cold skin color paint, passing several layers so that it is well covered.

Mientras que la pintura se seca empezamos a elaborar el gorro del chef. Para esto cortamos un cuadrado y una tira de foami blanco. Luego con la plancha calentamos el foami y lo colocamos sobre un frasco para darle la forma al gorro. Con el silicón vamos uniendo los pliegues del gorro.

While the paint dries we start making the chef's hat. For this we cut a square and a strip of white foami. Then with the iron we heat the foami and place it on a jar to shape the hat. With the silicone we join the folds of the hat.

Cuando estén bien secos los pliegues del gorro, pegamos por la orilla la tira de foami y de esta manera terminamos de elaborar el gorro.

When the folds of the hat are dry, we stick the foam strip along the edge and in this way we finish making the hat.

Ahora vamos a dibujar las facciones del chef, con el lápiz dibujamos los ojos, nariz y boca, luego con la pintura negra y el pincel delgado dibujamos los ojos, delineamos la nariz y la boca. Con la pintura rosada y un hisopo trazamos dos círculos sombreados uno a cada lado de la boca para simular las mejillas.

Now we are going to draw the features of the chef, with the pencil we draw the eyes, nose, mouth and eyebrows, then with the black paint and the thin brush we draw the eyes, we outline the nose and the mouth. With the pink paint and a cotton swab we trace two shaded circles, one on each side of the mouth to simulate the cheeks.

Luego dibujamos dos corazones, uno en cada mejillas con la pintura roja, y con la pintura negra delineamos las cejas y así culminaron con la elaboración de las facciones del chef.

Then we drew two hearts, one on each cheek with the red paint, and with the black paint we outlined the eyebrows and thus culminated with the elaboration of the chef's features.

Por último colocamos el gorro sobre el frasco decorado y de esta manera fácil rápido y sencilla tenemos listo este frasco decorado para adornar nuestra cocina.
