I did some walking to fetch some stuffs, to and fro to my car was all it took for a good amount of steps. It was quite fun looking at my steps as I carried out the weekly task.



A refreshing icy cold drink was welcomed after the walking and transporting work completed. We shouldn’t drink this often, just once in a while as a reward to self for the a good physical work.
