Today’s major walking came from carrying and moving a stash of old newspapers from my home to my car. I didn’t want to hurt my back nor my knees, so I walked several rounds to and fro and to and fro.

It took some times but it was a good walk by the end of it and I carried some weights too from the newspapers. They can be quite heavy. I managed to perspire too from this activity. How simple it is to get a workout. Who needs a gym?
