My Actifit Report Card: August 18 2022

Hey Actifitters,

Yesterday step count wasn't bad but there was no purposeful walk, mostly steps while in meetings or phone calls. Wireless technology is very useful! We did spend a lot of time in the yard too.

When we were getting ready for an actual walk with the dogs, a friend arrived and we decided to get drinks and food instead of walking! The dogs love their walks but they were okay with the decision.

We had a strange rain shower with the sun still shining. That didn't stop Genepi from finishing his dinner.

It was quickly over, and the rest of the evening and night was clear. Perfect to chill on the deck. So again, a quiet and easy going day, that was nice.
