My Actifit Report Card: November 10 2021

Hey Actifitters,

Pretty typical work day today. We started with plenty of time in the yard with the dogs.

A little bit of training and of course some play time as reward.

As usual, we had a couple of walks including a long one to the forest in the evening.

We kept walking until it was fully dark, with just a bit of light from the Moon.

And I concluded the day's activities with a 10k run. I took a nice tumble in the middle but luckily nothing serious, just lots of road burns and a bit of bleeding. That was it for the day.
