Saludos queridos amigos de la comunidad Cinnamon Cup Coffee, al igual que ustedes comparto la pasión por el café, amo tomar algunas tazas de café al día y me encanta hacer y colarlo yo mismo, en esta oportunidad compartiré con todos ustedes la forma en la que preparo mi café todas las mañanas.
Greetings dear friends of the community Cinnamon Cup Coffee, like you I share a passion for coffee, I love to drink a few cups of coffee a day and I love to make and brew it myself, in this opportunity I will share with all of you the way I prepare my coffee every morning.

Step by Step
Existen muchas formas de hacer el café, cada familia, cada persona, o mejor dicho en cada región, país o continente se prepara el café de formas muy distintas, aquí en Venezuela desde que soy un niño he sido testigo de como se prepara el café con la tradicional coladora tela en forma de cono.
There are many ways of making coffee, each family, each person, or better said in each region, country or continent prepares coffee in very different ways, here in Venezuela since I was a child I have witnessed how coffee is prepared with the traditional cone-shaped cloth coffee brewer.
No voy a caer en terminologías técnicas ya que esto no se trata de hablar desde la posición de un Barista profesional, solo quiero mostrar la forma en la que he visto como se prepara el café en mi hogar desde que soy un niño hasta ahora mi edad adulta.
I am not going to fall into technical terminology as this is not about speaking from the position of a professional Barista, I just want to show the way in which I have seen how coffee is prepared in my home since I was a child until now my adulthood.
El acto de hacer café para mi es un acto solemne ya que proporciona olores, aromas y una sensación que solo se puede describir con una respiración luego de degustar nuestra primera taza de café del día.
The act of making coffee for me is a solemn act as it provides smells, aromas and a sensation that can only be described with a breath after tasting our first cup of coffee of the day.

Dicho esto, comparto a continuación la forma en la que preparo mi café de cada mañana
That said, I share below the way I prepare my coffee every morning
Lo primero que hago es colocar a hervir el agua, una vez el agua haya hervido apago el fuego y dejo reposar por algunos minutos el agua, en el colador de tela agrego de dos a tres cucharadas de café en polvo dependiendo de que tan fuerte quiera yo la extracción.
The first thing I do is bring the water to a boil, once the water has boiled I turn off the heat and let the water sit for a few minutes, in the cloth strainer I add two to three tablespoons of coffee powder depending on how strong I want the extraction to be.

Voy colando despacio el café dando posibilidad de que se haga una buena extracción. Una vez realizado todo este proceso procedo a endulzar el café. Soy de los que me agrada el café fuerte, caliente y bien dulce, así que luego de todo esto preparo una taza de cerámica y me dispongo a servir mi primera taza de café del día.
I slowly strain the coffee, giving the coffee a chance to make a good extraction. Once all this process is done, I proceed to sweeten the coffee. I like my coffee strong, hot and very sweet, so after all this I prepare a ceramic cup and get ready to serve my first cup of coffee of the day.
Este ritual lo repito todos los días, me agrada colar, hacer o extraer el café cada mañana, amo el color, el aroma y la sensación que esta bebida nos genera en el paladar y en el alma.
I repeat this ritual every day, I like to brew, make or extract the coffee every morning, I love the colour, the aroma and the sensation that this drink generates in the palate and in the soul.

Very important point indeed!
Nice to see your procedure anyway. I found that cone filter to be interesting and creative; something I would imagine is fairly easy to be made by hand👍

That's right, there are many ways and methods of coffee extraction, I make coffee that way, thank you for commenting on my publication and for providing a space for those of us who are coffee lovers. Greetings.
