The world of art has had great limitations in the past years, artists were not well appreciated for their work and the system of art ownership had also been a pain in the ass. We're already seeing and likely going to see a lot more changes to this as time passes. With crypto and blockchain technology, many sectors have been revolutionised in one way or another, the fun part is how it's often in its least expected way.

NFTs have revoled pretty well since inception, and it's taken many by surprise. The global NFT market is expected to reach $21 billion in 2022, this is only assertions based on the impact it has had so far.

We're looking at an innovation that has not only limited itself to drawing or paintings, but moved to various fields of life's art, music, football, and surprisingly, gaming. Empowering creators and collectors across chains, NFTs have grown into an asset class as it serves as a block representation of values of many kinds.

Lots of people have been sceptical about this particular piece of the crypto space, many calling out NFTs to just be a bunch of Jpegs, well maybe to an ignorant people they are just pictures, but an educated person knows pretty well when he sets he eyes on arts worth literally millions of dollars as NFTs, this is why SEATTLE has taken this step…

Education is a vital piece of this puzzle as it literally determines how the public reacts to everything they come in contact with. Since many are yet to understand or realise the way value is being built into these projects or blockchain arts, the need for an educational system falls in.

Is this going to be one of the most visited tourist centers? Most likely, yes!

What's more fun than seeing art behind the screens in your manhole? Well, I'd say seeing them on bigger screens in a social environment, where you don't only see it, but experience all that comes with it , just like going to the cinema when in most cases, you could have just watched from home.

As such Seattle is aiming to "pull back the curtain" on blockchain-based digital art.

"We really realized the impact of being able to look at this type of art in a way where you actually slow down, you see all the details," said Jennifer Wong, a co-founder and curator at Seattle NFT Museum.

"I can't emphasize enough how important the educational part of this museum is," said Hamilton. "We're trying to onboard folks and help them see what the value of NFTs are and help people pull back the curtain a little bit on what blockchain is and what its utility is."

This ecosystem is really beginning to heat up and we can see the impact it's making. More and more people are getting exposed to this new technology, new financial tools, new employment fields, new social experiences and many more. Now we have Seattle, and soon, we'd probably have more of it and different kinds, with the metaverse still being a highly anticipated innovation, there's more to come than just a museum for digital arts.
