Receta: 🥐🥖Pancitos Rellenos 🧀🍖 Hechos en Sartén, sin horno🥐😋 // Recipe: 🥐🥖 Stuffed Bread 🧀🍖 Made in Skillet, no oven🥐😋
¡Buenos días abejitas ! 💫Espero se encuentren muy y que tengan una bendecida semana. Para hoy les traigo una preparación de unos panes rellenos de jamón y queso muy sencillos de hacer, sin complicaciones y sin horno. Salen entre 7 - 8 panes, comencemos.
📝 Ingredientes:
● 1 1/2 Taza de harina de trigo
● 2 Cdas de aceite
● 🥚1 Huevo
● 1/2 Taza de agua tibia
● 🧂 1/2 Cdta de sal.
●🍖Jamón
●🧀Queso
👩🏻🍳 Preparación:
1.- En un bowl colocamos la harina, sal, huevo, aceite, vamos agregando agua y mezclamos hasta integrar.

● 1 1/2 cups wheat flour.

● 1/2 Cup warm water
● 🧂 1/2 Tsp salt.
●🍖Ham.
●🧀Cheese.
🧑🏻🍳 Preparation:
1.- In a bowl place the flour, salt, egg, oil, we are adding water and mix until integrated.
2.- Cuando los ingredientes están integrados espolvoreamos harina sobre un mesón, colocamos la mezcla y amasamos un poquito, formamos una especie de cilindro, cortamos las porciones y formamos bolitas.
2.- When the ingredients are integrated sprinkle flour on a work surface, place the mixture and knead a little, form a kind of cylinder, cut the portions and form balls.
3.- Con ayuda de un rodillo estiramos la bola de masa le colocamos el relleno que en este caso es jamón y queso amarillo, cerramos y le damos forma.

4.- Colocamos a calentar a fuego medio un sartén antiadherente con tapa, ponemos los panes, tapamos, bajamos la llama a fuego mínimo y cocinamos por 10 minutos cada lado.
4.- Heat a non-stick frying pan with a lid over medium heat, place the breads, cover, lower the flame to minimum heat and cook for 10 minutes on each side.
Retiramos del fuego y servimos para degustar de estos deliciosos panes esponjosos, rellenos y con un maravilloso olor.
Remove from the heat and serve to enjoy these delicious spongy breads, stuffed and with a wonderful smell.

Ask informed soldiers in the American military what their oath is and tell them about the day you asked me why. Nobody has I guess.
