Espero se encuentren excelente. Para mi es un placer contarles sobre un compartir que tuve con con algunos compañeros de trabajo, donde visitamos la casa de el novio de una de mis compañeras para degustar unas cachapas.
Nos trasladamos al Estado Mirando cerca de la autopista Regional del Centro, llegamos a la casa abastecidos de algunas bebidas para pasar una buena tarde.

I hope you are feeling great. For me it is a pleasure to tell you about a sharing I had with some coworkers, where we visited the house of the boyfriend of one of my colleagues to taste some cachapas.
We moved to Mirando State near the Central Regional Highway, we arrived at the house stocked with some drinks to spend a good afternoon.
Realizamos un brindis y todos ayudamos a pelar, desgranar y moler el maíz para disfrutar de las cachapas.
We made a toast and we all helped to peel, shuck and grind the corn to enjoy the cachapas.
Como era tanto maíz comimos asados, sancochados con mantequilla y en cachapas rellenas de queso Guayanes.
As there was so much corn we ate roasted, parboiled with butter and in cachapas stuffed with Guayanes cheese.
Dimos un recorrido por el terreno de la casa, donde habían árboles de lechosa, plátanos, guanábana,mangos, cacao, hasta un tanque de peces llamados Tilapias. También tenían varios tipos de flores como Aves de Paraíso y Baston de Reyes, por cierto mi amiga me sorprendió regalando me unas hermosas flores recién cortadas.
We took a tour of the grounds of the house, where there were trees of lechosa, bananas, soursop, mangoes, cocoa, even a tank of fish called Tilapias. They also had several types of flowers such as Aves de Paraíso and Baston de Reyes, by the way my friend surprised me by giving me some beautiful freshly cut flowers.
La verdad disfrute de una excelente velada llena de cuentos, risas, hermosos paisajes, deliciosa comida y una excelente compañía. Solo me queda dar gracias a Dios por momentos tan lindos como estos y desear que se repitan🙏🏼.
I really enjoyed an excellent evening full of stories, laughter, beautiful scenery, delicious food and excellent company. It only remains for me to thank God for moments as nice as these and wish that they will be repitan🙏🏼.
