Separately, we devised a way to attach the beads. In my case, I decided to add them to the thread in groups of three, that is, three iridescent red beads, and then three cream-colored ones.

La cantidad de hilo va a depender de que tan largo o corto (choker) queramos el collar. Para esta personalización, quise hacerlo largo, no tan pegado al cuello, y medí esta distancia con mi propio cuello, para incluir las piedras o canutillos blancos con corazones y estrellas, justo en ese orden.

The amount of thread will depend on how long or short (choker) we want the necklace. For this customization, I wanted to make it long, not too tight to the neck, and I measured this distance with my own neck, to include the white stones or beads with hearts and stars, in that order.

Anexé al hilo las letras, separadas de los balines dorados, e incluyendo en el medio el dije en forma de estrella.

I attached the letters to the thread, separated from the gold beads, and included the star-shaped charm in the middle.
