Escaped to the beach, La Galera, Venezuela 🏖️

Hello everyone in this beautiful community. I want to share a bit of my life with you and show you part of my family and the fun things we do together. We live on the beautiful Isla de Margarita, Venezuela. This is synonymous with beach, sun, sand and vacation practically always. Although the truth is, my husband and I work a lot and sometimes our free time doesn't coincide.

We have two daughters who love the beach, they want to go every once in a while and then they don't want to go home. We can't always take them because on weekends we can be working, but a few days ago we took time off and visited La Galera beach, in Juangriego. That day they asked us to have their cousin Joaquín accompany us, so we also took him with us. This beach has a very beautiful landscape with palm trees and although it is not the most crystalline, it is a quiet beach and perfect for children.

It was a weekday so there weren't many people on the beach, plus it was a bit cloudy. But none of that is so important when you want to enjoy a pleasant time with your children and have fun. I tell you that this beach is one of the coldest on the entire island, hahaha the children barely got wet and left very quickly. They preferred to play in the sand, they made castles, they put sand on top and in the blink of an eye they made this huge hole in the sand. Here they spent a lot of time distracted and laughing, my husband and I saw them from the awning and smiled.

Joaquín is an explorer, he is not afraid of anything but rather seeks to find things and learn more. I walk everywhere until I told them: "ok let's walk that far", and they ran away leaving me behind. We walked to the end of the beach, towards the foot of the mountain, but in that part there were some adults a little drunk and we went back.

It's time for a race! But first a kiss and a hug to Prince Joachim, our mischievous and cheerful little cousin. With his funny phrases he made us laugh a lot, we also had a good time without seeing him. I took these photos to have a good memory of this stage, I know that when they grow up they will be very close.

These photos of the race are very funny, I laughed a lot even though we had to repeat it and let Joaquín win so he wouldn't cry so much.

After rolling around in the sand for a while and playing and playing, Dad and I took a really quick swim because the water was really too cold. We loved making a space in the week and going to the beach with these little ones who brought us many smiles. Marcelo and I also take advantage of being "alone" hahaha and clearing our minds on this beautiful beach and with the best company.

I would like to know Barinas! I love the plain, its music, its people and everything they do. I love it and the closest I have been to the plain is Tinaquillo Cojedes State. Thanks for commenting, it was a necessary escape to recharge the batteries but the children wear out haha.
