Delicious cutlets. They perfectly keep their shape, there is no specific smell inherent in fish. Even children eat such cutlets with pleasure. The recipe is simple, budget. Without false modesty, I will say that this is perhaps one of the most delicious fish cakes. Help yourself!!!
For our recipe you will need: 800-900 grams of minced fish from river or sea fish, 100 grams of butter, a few tablespoons of flour, vegetable oil and salt, pepper (ground black) to taste.
How to cook minced fish for cutlets? Minced fish is usually slightly thinner than meat, so drain the excess liquid so that the cutlets do not "float" in the pan and fall apart during the frying process.
