Xbox app - how to change achievements language to English

So I was looking at my achievements for Age of Empires 4 and I noticed that they're in Chinese!

That's not super helpful since I'm playing the game in English and I also want to talk about my achievements in my videos, so I'm assuming most of you guys would want to see them in English too.
