Why play A Plague Tale: Innocence + Chapter 15 Remembrance Walkthrough

Hey everyone. By now I have finished this Plague Tale game. I thought I'd let you know that honestly I don't finish many games. A lot of games I play for a few hours and then lose interest. This game managed to keep my attention for the whole game, beginning to end, which does not happen very often. I thought at the same time as letting you know the reasons, I would also make a walkthrough video of chapter 15, as it took me a while to complete.

The first reason is the story. From the first second the game had an interesting story where it follows the life of a young lady in middle age France, who lived as the daughter of a lord in a mansion/castle. She didn't meet her brother very often because he was always sick and looked after by their mum, which meant that she didn't see her mother very often either.

Because of an invasion into her home and her parents were both killed, she suddenly had to take her brother and escape her home. This made me very emotionally engaged as I wanted to find out what was going to happen next. I did not want to stop playing the game the whole time.

The second reason is the gradual build up of information. The game never overwhelms you with information at once. Even though there is a lot in the game (e.g. all of the different potions you can craft to help you deal with enemies / rats, weapon / item upgrades, how to hide from enemies, how to distract enemies, how to use your team mates to help you in certain situations), you learn a little bit at a time and gradually you have learned all of it without realising.

The third reason is the amazing graphics. Everything is done to incredible detail. Whether it be just a pig in a farm or a statue in a church, you can walk up to it up close to observe how well done it is, and sometimes even interact with it to see what happens.

I would definitely suggest playing this game. In the mean time, have a look at how I managed to get through this chapter, with a very difficult boss at the end of the chapter.
