Les comparto un desayuno ideal que le he preparado a mi familia llenas de sabor excelente nutrición con fibra vitaminas y minerales les encantara degustar unas Deliciosas Panquecas de Avena y Cacao Venezolano. Ideales para el desayuno y/o cena combine ingredientes harina de trigo azúcar, avena, leche, huevo y excelente sabor del cacao Venezolano es uno de los mejores chocolates a nivel mundial, batimos los ingrediente y tuve la grandiosa idea de cocinarlas en el tosti- arepas quedaron esponjosas y deliciosas les encantara prepararlas y compartirlas en casa con la familia.

. 1 taza de avena en hojuelas.
. 3 Cucharadas de cacao en polvo.
. 2 Cucharadas de margarina.
. 1 Taza de azúcar 🍯.
Ingredients
. 150 Grams of wheat flour.
. 1 Whole egg.
. 1 Cup cow's and/or almond milk.
. 1 Cup of rolled oats.
. 3 Tablespoons of cocoa powder.
. 2 Tablespoons of margarine.
. 1 Cup of sugar 🍯.
Preparación de las panquecas:
• Vertemos leche líquida en un recipiente y añadimos harina de trigo batimos con un batidor manual.
• Pour liquid milk into a container and add wheat flour, beat with a hand mixer.
• Añadimos huevo, margarina, azúcar a la preparación batimos.

• Vertemos a la preparación de las panquecas avena en hojuela además añadimos cacao en polvo batimos la mezcla que nos quede consistente.

• Untamos en cada bolw interna inferior y superior del tosti- arepas y al calentarse vertemos 2 cucharadas de la mezcla para panquecas y cerramos dejamos cocinar unos minutos, las podemos cocinar sin tapar y volteamos de una lado a otra cada panquecas y listo retiramos para servir este proceso lo hacemos con cada grupo de panquecas que cocinemos en el tosti- arepas.

5 years this has been happening to me, it started here, around people that are still here. Homeland security has done nothing at all, they are not here to protect us. Dont we pay them to stop shit like this? The NSA, CIA, FBI, Police and our Government has done nothing. Just like they did with the Havana Syndrome, nothing. Patriot Act my ass. The American government is completely incompetent. The NSA should be taken over by the military and contained Immediately for investigation.
