Saludos queridos hivers, feliz día y gracias por visitar mi blog. Acá les explico el proceso para preparar un delicioso y sencillo almuerzo, muy fácil de hacer y no requiere de mucho tiempo para su hacerlo, bistec al ajillo servido con arroz y plátano al horno.

We are going to need/ Vamos a necesitar:

  • Loin steak/ Bistec de Lomo de aguja.
  • Oil, salt, mustard, garlic cloves, Worcestershire sauce, margarine/ Aceite, sal, mostaza, dientes de ajo, salsa inglesa, margarina.
  • Onion, coriander/ Cebolla, cilantro.
  • Rice, plantain/ Arroz, plátano.

Process/ Procedimiento:

Let's start, then wash and trim the fat from the steak, then season with salt, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.

Vamos a comenzar, entonces lavar y retirar la grasa del bistec, luego condimentar con sal, mostaza y salsa inglesa.

In a frying pan add two tablespoons of margarine and half an onion cut into julienne strips, fry.
