We are going to need/ Vamos a necesitar:

• Ground beef prepared to your liking /Carne molida preparada al gusto de ustedes.
• Cornmeal/ Harina de maíz.
• Oil, Salt/ Aceite, sal.
• Grated cheese/ Queso rallado.

Process/ Procedimiento:

In a bowl add water and salt to taste, then add the wheat flour and mix everything.

En un tazón añadir agua y sal al gusto, luego agregar la harina de trigo y mezclar todo.

Knead the mixture until you obtain a consistent dough as shown in the photograph.

Amasar la mezcla hasta obtener una masa consistente como se muestra en la fotografía.

Take a portion of the dough and flatten it into a piece of plastic bag as shown.

Tomar una porción de la masa y aplanar en un trozo de bolsa plástica como se muestra.

Add the ground beef and grated cheese respectively.
