DEATH, A TERRIFYING PROCESS THAT FOSTERS LIFE [ENG - ESP]

It should be no secret to anyone that the term death, when we associate it directly to our being, to our family and even to our friends, is terrifying and in many cases even incomprehensible.

But are we really afraid of it?, From my thoughts I could say that more than fear it is a great respect for the unknown and all that implies that world that is beyond the fact of disconnecting us from the earthly world.

Undoubtedly, in this life we share a great common denominator. and part of the fact that we all end up dying someday, some sooner, some later, but in any of the scenarios at some point we will all touch, so that death is one of those experiences that we share and that we have in common, regardless of sex, age, place of origin or how successful we have been in this beautiful journey we call life, is a common destiny that awaits us all at the end of our journey, indeed, I would dare to use the words of that old saying popular “ Death is so sure to come and to win that it gives us a lifetime's head start.”.

Undoubtedly, the act of thinking about death is complicated, personally it terrifies me, as our friend @angelica7 expresses it well in the @talentos initiative by leading us to question ourselves and ask What should die?, It is a somewhat ambiguous question, because in a certain way we are sure that everything that is born, eventually has to die, but what if life is like matter, that is, we do not destroy it, but if we transform it and from there, it is normal to see cycles end, just as the cycle of a plant, of animals and even of the stars ends.

Consequently, nothing escapes this process, whether to transform or not, we are unfortunately exposed and to understand more about this, let's pay attention to the melody, but especially to the lyrics that surround the song of the group Mago de Oz Cadaveria, I am sure that, from it, we will have a clearer meaning of the term death, although I confess, I prefer to imagine it as something different.

In this sense, we can observe that death is assumed as a simple state, that is, just as we are born, we must also die and what comes after becomes that mystery and belief that adapts to our philosophy of life. Some believe in life after death, others in reincarnation and a smaller group, assume that we simply become part of nature, and it is this ambiguity, which generates a great enigma to the term death, since we do not have a definitive answer of what will come.

However, let's stop being so pessimistic, let's give a more applicative twist to our thoughts What would that look like?, It turns out that we are clear on how scary death is, but despite this, we can see death as that reminder that shows us the fragility of life, through it, we can keep in mind that our time is limited and that we must take advantage of every moment, so that we reach our purpose, this reminder, we can use it to be more compassionate, bring value to others, care for others and all those things that make us better people, after all we do not know when the undesirable death knocks at our door.

As mentioned in a wonderful song shared by Sui Generis - Canción para Mi Muerte, through this song we can appreciate in a reflective and emotional way those questions that arise when we think about those last moments of our life.

As we can see, at the end of the day, death is a natural part of our existence, should you fear it? That is up to you, but what I am sure of is that we should not disregard its importance. Instead, I suggest you reflect on how we are developing our lifestyle and how we influence others, use this reminder to live in an authentic way, learning to build deep connections and embrace the ephemeral beauty of this world.

Para nadie debe resultar un secreto que el termino muerte, cuando la asociamos directamente a nuestro ser, a nuestra familia e incluso a nuestros amigos, nos resulta ser aterradora y en muchos casos hasta incompresible.

Pero ¿le tememos realmente?, desde mis pensamientos podría decir que más que temor es un gran respeto a lo desconocido y a todo lo que implica ese mundo que está más allá del hecho de desconectarnos del mundo terrenal.

Sin duda, en esta vida compartimos un gran común denominador y parte del hecho de que todos algún día terminamos muriendo, unos antes, otros después, pero en cualquiera de los escenarios en algún punto nos tocara a todos, de modo, que la muerte es una de esas experiencias que compartimos y que tenemos en común, sin distinción de sexo, edad, lugar de procedencia o de lo exitoso que hayamos podido ser en este hermoso recorrido que llamamos vida, es un destino común que nos aguarda a todos al final de nuestro camino, es más, me atrevería a utilizar las palabras de aquel viejo dicho popular “La muerte esta tan segura de llegar y de ganar que nos da toda una vida de ventaja”.

Sin duda, resulta complicado el acto de pensar en la muerte, en lo personal me aterra, como bien lo expresa nuestra amiga @angelica7 en la iniciativa de @talentos al llevarnos al cuestionamiento y preguntarnos ¿Qué debe morir?, resulta una pregunta un poco ambigua, pues de cierta manera estamos seguros que todo lo que nace, eventualmente tiene que morir, pero que pasa si la vida es como la materia, es decir, no la destruimos, pero si la transformamos y partiendo de allí, es normal ver ciclos terminar, así como termina el ciclo de una planta, de los animales inclusive de las estrellas.

En consecuencia, nada escapa de este proceso, sea para transformarse o no, quedamos lamentablemente expuestos y para comprender más lo anterior, prestemos atención a la melodía, pero sobre todo a la letra que envuelve la canción de la agrupación Mago de Oz Cadaveria, estoy seguro que, a partir de la misma, tendremos un significado más claro del termino muerte, aunque les confieso, que prefiero imaginarla como algo diferente.

En este sentido, podemos observar que la muerte la asumen como un simple estado, es decir, al igual que nacemos, también debemos morir y lo que viene después se convierte en ese misterio y creencia que se adapte a nuestra filosofía de vida. Algunos creemos en la vida después de la muerte, otros en la reencarnación y un grupo más pequeño, asumen que simplemente pasamos a formar parte de la naturaleza, y es esta ambigüedad, lo que genera un gran enigma al termino muerte, ya que no tenemos una respuesta definitiva de lo que vendrá.

Sin embargo, dejemos de ser tan pesimistas, demos un giro más aplicativo a nuestros pensamientos ¿Cómo sería eso?, resulta que estamos claros en lo aterrador que es la muerte, pero a pesar de ello, la muerte la podemos ver como ese recordatorio que nos muestra la fragilidad de la vida, a través de ella, podemos tener presente que nuestro tiempo es limitado y que debemos aprovechar cada momento, de manera que alcancemos nuestro propósito, este recordatorio, lo podemos utilizar para ser más compasivos, aportar valor a otros, cuidara de los demás y todas esas cosas que nos hacen ser mejor personas, al fin y al cabo no sabemos en qué momento nos toca a la puerta la indeseable muerte.

Así como lo menciona una canción maravillosa que nos comparte Sui Generis - Canción para Mi Muerte, a través de esta canción podemos apreciar de una forma reflexiva y emotiva aquellas interrogantes que surgen cuando pensamos en esos últimos instantes de nuestra vida.

Como podemos ver, al final del día, la muerte es una parte natural de nuestra existencia, ¿deberías temerle? Eso depende solo de ti, de lo que si estoy seguro es que no debemos despreciar su importancia. En lugar de ello, te sugiero reflexionar sobre el cómo estamos desarrollando nuestro estilo de vida y como influenciamos a los demás, utiliza este recordatorio para vivir de una forma autentica, aprendiendo a construir conexiones profundas y a abrazar la belleza efímera de este mundo.
