Controllo dei passi di ieri pari a zero, mi sono portato a soli 33 step dal raggiungimento dei 9k senza farli effettivamente, non ci ho fatto caso, come si suol dire, è capitato, capita, ricapiterà, non ricordo chi lo abbia detto ma è così, c'è poco da fare, per quello che riguarda lo scatto che allego, una veloce passata all'ipermercato...
