Eazy Coffee Cafe : Creme Brûlée Coffee

Creme Brûlée Coffee And Its Pairing

For the last two days, I have been bored to death. I wanted to go on a safari but dropped the idea because I can’t find anyone to go with. So, I was thinking hard enough just to find something that could entertain me for the time being. I ended up deciding to go for a swim. I went to swim at around 4 to 6 PM. I also took my mom with me and after our swimming session, we went to a coffee shop.

Creme Brûlée Coffee

Actually, I wanted to go before the swimming session but since I didn’t want to swim past 7 PM, I ended up burying the idea of coffee before swimming. We went to a place called Eazy Coffee. In the past, I went to this place but not with my mom. It was my mom’s first time.

I realized that in the past, I was often talking about how the cafe looks and how it is decorated. But today, I want to specifically highlight the coffee and the choices of pairing that this place has.

Food we ordered

It’s really hard to call this place just for a coffee shop. The place is something of a bistro too. It has an extensive menu from appetizers to desserts. Their coffee is hands down one of the best in town and in high-quality too.

To pair with my coffee, I got the croissant sandwich with fries. While my mom got beef teriyaki on rice with egg. We also ordered pizza, nachos, and bruschetta. My mom was at first confused what to choose but ended up with iced hazelnut chocolate.

Taste Test

Creme Brulee coffee

I chose Creme Brûlée Coffee and my mom picked chocolate with hazelnut syrup. If you ask me how Creme Brûlée tastes, think of it as having any caramel with vanilla flavor and the coffee was not something fruity but nutty. So, the barista did a great job of not messing up the flavor of the Creme Brûlée. After the swimming session, the coffee was perfect. I haven’t had coffee since morning and that coffee wasn’t too strong. It was mild and just enough to keep me awake for more before hitting the hay.

Iced Chocolate Hazelnut

The Iced chocolate hazelnut was really good according to my mom. When I had a sip, it wasn't too sweet which was pleasant. The chocolate and the nutty flavor blends really well. Unfortunately, the glass was rather small because I'd love to have it more.

The croissant sandwich with the egg that was dripping was really good. It was a mix of savory and sweet when paired with the coffee. And I swear, it was a treat after some exhausting swimming session.

The beef teriyaki on rice was the same. My mom told me that she really likes it. The beef was not too chewy and the overall flavor was good. It was not too savory when paired with chocolate hazelnut. The meal compliments the drinks.

The pizza was the first that came and it was something that I didn't expect to taste good. But it did. The pizza was exceeding my expectation. It may be strange to pair coffee with pizza but really, to me anything can be paired with coffee.

I really had no complaints about the food even including the nachos and the bruscheetta.

Though we were seated outside of the air conditioned room, the eating experience was pleasant. My cousin Ray was there too and talked about our future plan to exercise and also more swimming sessions. I haven’t really had a pleasant cafe time and coffee experience but today, it was really pleasant. It boosted my mood by 100000x and I am no longer grumpy.

Though I don’t like this place to work from but for the food, it really is some excellent cooking skills. In this small town, it’s already hard to find western food with decent taste and this place never disappoints me when it comes to that. Though I have a hate-love relationship with this place, I am now loving the place but I definitely won’t go here and bring my laptop. Just coming here, eating snacks, and coffee whilst chit chatting is a better experience to have in this cafe.

PS: Also, I tried to remember to take the menu section after @asasiklause mentioned about it before haha

Have you ever tried Creme Brûlée Coffee?

Sometimes we can't get everything we want. There's good food, bad drinks. there is a comfortable place but the menu is not appropriate. May our days always be happy

Hey Mac, I love the colour and lighting of the coffee shop. It's so cosy.
Coffee Creme Brûlée sounds like my choice too.
I have to say that everything on the menu looks awesome. The croissant sandwich reminds me of one I had often at Abakar in the Philippines. They added mustard with coriander and the taste was divine😋

It's cozy to hangout and chat but not working. The menu indeed looks pretty awesome though I have love & hate relationship with it. I went to a place that added mustard with coriander, I can confirm too, it was divine. I am running out of place to visit in this city hahah

Your choice of coffee pairing is kinda strange.
But it is all good if all of that is tasty and nice.

why wouldn't you work from that place?

hahah it's kinda strange for sure. The place is too noisy and no plugs around it. Plus, it gets too hot during the day.

Hahahahaha. I'm glad you remembered my advice. You were able to named everything you ordered. Honestly, sometimes I forgot what I ordered tok that why most of the time I don't explore the menu and always order the same thing.

It was a great time spending time with your mom. I hope your fitness plans with your cousin Ray will pushed through. Swimming is a good exercise.

Great review of the place as always!🤗🤗🤗

I haven't had any Creme Brûlée I think, so got curious now. I also don't think I've seen it in a cafe menu before but should try when I see one. Nice to read you enjoyed the food with your mom :D

It's hard to find it anywhere. Among many cafes I've been to, I only find that menu in that cafe. You can really make it at home, just top it with vanilla Creme Brûlée and make sure it's nutty flavored coffee instead the fruity ones.
