My Actifit Report Card: November 30 2022

I was outside most of the time yesterday. After cooking I walked for 30 minutes. After washing the dishes, I water the plants.

In the afternoon after feeding the cats and dogs, I plant some seeds. I hope it will grow soon so we could harvest fresh vegetables in our yard.
