Iniciativa: ¿Cómo crees que deberían de ser los Hiver´s? || Initiative: What do you think the Hiver's should be like? [ESP-ENG]
¡Hola amigos de la comunidad Aliento!, revisando por acá me encontré con otra iniciativa de parte de @escuadron201 dentro de esta comunidad, participé en la primera iniciativa de mis expectativas y me pareció fantástica, pues no dudé en responder a ésta; aquí vamos.
Sabemos que para realizar algo nuevo hay que dejar la timidez y el miedo a un lado, atreverse a lo imposible y tener amor para hacerlo, ésto debería ser la escencia en cada uno de nosotros como hiver`s, ser originales al momento de editar y hacer un post, de modo tal que la honestidad sea el principal valor para trabajar en Hive (en este caso); aparte ser perseverantes en lo que vayamos a postear, lo digo porque ya pasé por ésto.
Me uní en mayo del 2021 y al ver al principio que no me iba nada bien dejé de hacer post para Hive, me motivé de nuevo en este nuevo año y a pesar de que quizás gano o me votan pocos, decidí a no dejar de insistir, sino más bien indagar y hacer post que influyan en el lector, tomando en cuenta que debemos de ayudarnos unos a los otros en cuanto a votar, reblogear y comentar, logrando así que por medio de ésta plataforma podamos socializar más como personas y crear amistades, pues ésta respondería a la pregunta de:
¿Cómo evolucionar? debemos ser siempre motivación para los demás, nunca desmayar a pesar de las bajas que tengamos, de lo contrario, tenemos que dejar una enseñanza en cada post elaborado y ser más creativos al momento de realizar algo que ya sabemos o algo nuevo a realizar. A veces es de humanos decaer y desmotivarse rápido en algo, pero aprendemos que la perseverancia y el amor por lo que hacemos nos hace crecer y también ayudar a nuestro prójimo a que sí lo puede lograr, inspirándolos a algo emprendedor y eso para mí lo es HIVE 💜

We know that to do something new you have to leave shyness and fear aside, dare to the impossible and have love to do it, this should be the essence in each of us as hivers, be original when editing and making a post, so that honesty is the main value to work in Hive (in this case); apart from being perseverant in what we are going to post, I say this because I already went through this.
I joined in May 2021 and when I saw at the beginning that I was not doing well I stopped making posts for Hive, I got motivated again in this new year and although maybe I win or I get few votes, I decided not to stop insisting, but rather to investigate and make posts that influence the reader, taking into account that we must help each other in terms of voting, reblogging and commenting, thus achieving that through this platform we can socialize more as people and create friendships, because this would answer the question of:
How to evolve? we must always be motivation for others, never faint despite the lows we have, otherwise, we have to leave a teaching in each post made and be more creative when doing something we already know or something new to do. Sometimes it is human to fall down and get demotivated quickly in something, but we learn that perseverance and love for what we do makes us grow and also to help our fellow man that if he can achieve it, inspiring them to something enterprising and that for me is HIVE 💜
