Healthy broth with meatballs

Friends, we all know how healthy broth is for the human body. Leading gastroenterologists of the world declare that broth is a necessity for the human body. Broth is easily digested by the digestive system and is very nutritious and caloric. My mother always told me to eat broth, you will be as strong as my father.
And so friends, I have prepared for you a wonderful recipe for broth.

Ingredients:

Potatoes 500 grams
Ground beef 500 grams.
One onion head
One carrot
Vermicelli 300 grams
Salt and pepper to taste

Method of cooking:

Dice potatoes and put them in a pot. Then add a small amount of water and put on the fire. In the meantime let's prepare stuffing for meatballs. We add salt, pepper to the minced meat and beat it well, forming small meatballs.

Then put the meatballs in a pan with potatoes that we have previously put on the fire. Then we fry the noodles in a pan and also send them to the pan. And let's fry the onion and carrot in a pan with sunflower oil until golden brownness and add it to our broth. It remains to add the greens, salt and serve.
