When I ask my friends and girlfriends what to cook for them, they unanimously say cabbage pie. Cabbage pie is one of the favorite dishes of European peoples. Pie with cabbage is well suited for both a family celebration and a big holiday. Today in this post I want to introduce the recipe for cabbage pie. Ingredients:

1 kg cabbage
2 onions
3 eggs
100 ml milk
100 grams of cheese
50 grams of butter
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
salt and pepper to taste

Step 1: Prepare the stuffing

Cut cabbage and onion into small pieces. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the onion until golden brown. Next, add the cabbage and simmer for 10-15 minutes over medium heat, the cabbage should become soft.
