¿Sabías que en el estado Sucre tenemos una fábrica de Cacao/Chocolate? Afortunadamente, nuestro estado Sucre es muy próspero para muchos sembrarios, de frutas, vegetales, hortalizas, y plantas como el cacao o el café. Y disfrutar de las bondades que nos regala nuestro estado es muy bueno, ya que colaboramos con la economía y apoyamos el talento sucrense. No se si ustedes conocen en Chocolate Paria, ese que el empaque es muy bonito, de flores y llamativo, el cual es muy sabroso, ese chocolate es fabricado aquí en nuestro estado, y en este video te muestro las instalaciones del lugar donde lo hacen.
Did you know that in the state of Sucre we have a Cocoa/Chocolate factory? Fortunately, our state of Sucre is very prosperous for many growers of fruits, vegetables, vegetables, and plants such as cocoa or coffee. And enjoying the goodness that our state gives us is very good, since we collaborate with the economy and support Sucre's talent. I don't know if you know Chocolate Paria, that chocolate is made here in our state, and in this video I show you the facilities of the place where they make it.
Llegar a este destino fue un viaje un poco largo, no recuerdo cuantas horas duro, pero fue el mismo día que viaje a Carúpano para hacer un trabajo, no conozco mucho la vía, pero recuerdo perfectamente que este lugar queda en Chacaracual, en el municipio Arismendi y cerca (creo) de río caribe, no es muy lejos de Carúpano, así que aprovechamos de visitar las instalaciones en este viaje.
Arriving at this destination was a bit of a long trip, I do not remember how many hours it took, but it was the same day I traveled to Carúpano to do a job, I do not know much about the road, but I remember perfectly that this place is in Chacaracual, in the municipality of Arismendi and near (I think) the Caribbean River, it is not far from Carúpano, so we took the opportunity to visit the facilities on this trip.
No quiero contarles mucho, ya que en mi video pueden ver muchos detalles, pero les dejo estas hermosas fotos en modo retrato que pude tomar del fruto del cacao en el sembrario del lugar, el cual tiene desde hace un montón de años cosechándose.

También estuvimos conociendo el largo proceso que pasa el cacao para convertirse en una barra de chocolate, pasa por varias máquinas hasta que puedan lograr el acabado que desean, y como tienen varios tipos de chocolate, el proceso es el mismo, pero los ingredientes cambian.
We were also learning about the long process that cocoa goes through to become a chocolate bar, it goes through several machines until they can achieve the finish they want, and as they have several types of chocolate, the process is the same, but the ingredients change.
Al finalizar el viaje nos obsequiaron muestras gratis de todos los chocolates, los probamos todos y quede demasiado enamorada, me parece increíble que esto se haga en mi estado, es algo mágico y único tener tan buen sabor, en algo tan perfecto como el chocolate. Si tiene la oportunidad de hacer esta visita, háganlo. Y si tiene la oportunidad de comprar este chocolate, no se van a arrepentir de hacerlo. At the end of the trip they gave us free samples of all the chocolates, we tried them all and I was too in love, I find it incredible that this is done in my state, it is something magical and unique to have such a good taste, in something as perfect as chocolate.
