I am manish singh fartiyal and i am using Hive since last 1.5 years and I never got good up votes on my post no matter how good the post is.

That's the reason I am writing this post
And I saw that no new user or any small hive users get good up
votes, no matter how many good posts they put
No one curator supports them so that they demotivate and there are many users who leave or stop using the platform because they feel that they do not support them according to the amount of effort they put into writing a post. I myself am a witness to this
A month ago, i don't remember maybe there was a curator of the @OCD community, she had also put a post about this and I found all his words right and this thing is also a fact because even after 6 or 7 months I did not get good up votes even after writing a good post. I had also stopped writing the post because I also started feeling that this thing is useless because all the curators only support the big hive profile people, it is right to support them but it is important to support small users and new users too.
But you can see that last month's account growth has been boosted by equity points in most of my posts. Otherwise they didn't get any good up votes.
If you up vote a new user in his good post, then that user gets a motivation from which he works hard to write even better posts.
One more thing i would like to tell you because i am also a small hive user and if any curator or any person with big hive profile vote on our post then it is motivation for us that we can make our next post even better can do.
