Comida asiática y vino con amigos

"Cuando te invitan a una degustación gastronómica con cata de vino tienes que ir"... eso fue lo que me dijeron mis amigos al invitarme a el evento oficial de lanzamiento de Henko Asian Cusine, el emprendimiento culinario de César Chate, un joven cocinero que decidió dar el gran salto y empezar su propio negocio.

Fue una experiencia intima, conmovedora, sencilla y exquisita, llena de sabores, vino, música, conversaciones y risas, los platos fueron preparados en vivo mientras el cocinero narraba detalles y apreciaciones sobre el proceso de elaboración.

El evento se realizo en la Mantequería, un pequeño e intimo local ubicado en el centro comercial San Ignacio; fue mi primera vez yendo a ese sitio y me encanto.

Fue una experiencia que en definitiva quisiera repetir.

"When you are invited to a gastronomic tasting with wine tasting you have to go"... that was what my friends told me when they invited me to the official launching event of Henko Asian Cusine, the culinary venture of César Chate, a young chef who decided to take the big leap and start his own business.

It was an intimate, moving, simple and exquisite experience, full of flavors, wine, music, conversations and laughter, the dishes were prepared live while the chef narrated details and insights about the elaboration process.

The event was held at La Mantequeria, a small and intimate place located in the San Ignacio shopping center; it was my first time going to this place and I loved it.

It was an experience that I would definitely like to repeat.
