Buonasera a tutti e "scusate il ritardo".

Con questo mio saluto iniziale voglio, ironicamente, scusarmi con voi tutti, e anche con me stesso, in un certo senso, per avere posticipato ad oggi la stesura di questo mio articolo che, invece, avrei dovuto pubblicare ieri sera.

So che mi ero ripromesso di essere più costante, e, quindi, mi ha scocciato parecchi,o ieri sera, non riuscire a pubblicare alcunché su questo social, come ormai faccio di consueto, praticamente tutti i giorni, ma, purtroppo non mi è stato proprio possibile in alcun modo.

Ieri, infatti, è stata una giornata a dir poco al limite dell'assurdo, dove mi sono ritrovato, innanzitutto, dopo una pesante giornata di lavoro, a perdere più di un'ora in coda per poter effettuare il tampone, necessario per poter avere quell'infame foglio verde necessario per poter andare al lavoro.

Purtroppo, però, questa non è stato l'ultimo imprevisto di quell'assurda giornata, poiché, subito dopo essere riuscito a completare questo mio impegno, mi sono ritrovato a doverne affrontare uno ben più pesante, che avrei volentieri evitato.

Purtroppo, infatti, ho perso all'incirca altre due ore a causa di una pesantissima situazione familiare, che ha visto mia sorella, completamente ubriaca, poiché dopo aver perso l'anno scorso suo marito è caduta in depressione e, purtroppo, nel vizio del bere, assalire fisicamente sia suo figlio che nostra madre.

Non scendo nei dettagli, che ci hanno visto, ad un certo punto, chiamare anche i carabinieri, anche se inutilmente poiché ci è stato detto che non potevano intervenire, ma, fatto sta che sono rientrato a casa quando ormai erano quasi le 10 di sera e, dovendo ancora farmi la doccia, cambiarmi, nonchè mangiare qualcosina, vi lascio immaginare quanto tempo mi possa essere rimasto da dedicare a questo social, sul quale sono passato giusto un 5/10 minuti, per un veloce saluto e qualche commento lasciato quà e la ad alcuni utenti che considero ormai degli amici.

Con questo mio post, quindi, sto cercando di recuperare il tempo perso ieri sera e di mettermi in pari con i miei consueti post, dedicati ai risultati delle Quest quotidiane su Splinterlands, e, quindi, bando alle ciance e andiamo a parlare della protagonista principale di questo articolo che è la quest da me completata ormai due sere fa.

La missione in questione era una Earth Quest, ovvero una di quelle missioni per completare la quale si devono vincere cinque sfide, contro gli avversari di turno, utilizzando Summoners e carte, principalmente, dell'elemento terra.

Fino a qualche tempo fa questo elemento era uno dei più deboli che avevo all'interno del mio mazzo, per cui, solitamente, ero abituato a cambiare la Quest, di cui sopra, nella speranza di trovarmi ad affrontare missioni migliori, ma, da qualche tempo a questa parte, non mi dispiace affatto affrontare questa sfida, poiché, con l'affitto di un paio di carte, riesco, solitamente, a completarla abbastanza facilmente.

In realtà, però, questa volta non è stato poi così semplice, ma devo ammettere che, comunque, la serie di sfide che ho affrontato, anche quando non utilizzavo il Summoners e le carte adeguate per completare la Quest in corso, mi sono state abbastanza favorevoli, consentendomi, di conseguenza, di riuscire a superare il livello al quale mi trovavo, approdando, finalmente, al livello Diamond III, che è, fin dall'inizio di questa Season, come di consueto, il livello minimo al quale speravo di poter arrivare.

Se da un lato non posso che essere soddisfatto di aver raggiunto il mio obiettivo, dall'altro mi rimane un po' di rammarico nel non essere riuscito a raggiungerlo con qualche giorno di anticipo, perché, questo, mi avrebbe consentito di poter sfruttare il tempo ancora a disposizione per provare a superare anche questo mio obiettivo e raggiungere il livello Diamond II.

Visto che, purtroppo, al termine dell'attuale Season manca poco più di una giornata, infatti, dubito, sinceramente, anche se la speranza è l'ultima a morire, che io possa riuscire in un simile risultato, ma, in fondo, comunque, già questo è un ottimo traguardo che, tra l'altro, mi ha consentito di ricevere ben dieci scrigni tra le ricompense.

All'apertura degli stessi all'interno ho trovato quattro Alchemy potion, una Legendary Potion, 437 DEC, una Venari Heatsmith dell'elemento fuoco, una Gargoya Lion delle carte neutrali, una Pelacor Bandit dell'elemento acqua e, per concludere in bellezza, una Gargoya Devil, carta rara delle carte neutrali.

Le ricompense di cui sopra, unite al risultato raggiunto a livello di lega, che mi ha consentito di raggiungere quello che era, fin dall'inizio della stagione attuale, il mio obiettivo, hanno reso questa giornata abbastanza soddisfacente, seppure, come dicevo sopra, con un pizzico di rammarico per non aver potuto avere il tempo di fare un qualcosina in più.

È altresì vero, però, che essendo terminate le mie ferie, ed essendo quindi riniziata la consueta settimana lavorativa, il tempo che riesco a dedicare, tanto a Splinterlands quanto a questo social, è sicuramente molto più limitato, e, di conseguenza, si cerca di fare quello che si può.

C'è inoltre da tenere in considerazione il fatto che, con l'arrivo delle nuove carte, dopo il rilascio sul mercato dell'espansione Chaos Legion, non capita, poi così di rado, di ritrovarsi ad affrontare avversari con degli schieramenti di carte che scombinano parecchio gli equilibri ai quali, i giocatori un po' più anziani come me, si erano abituati, ed ai quali ancora ci dobbiamo abituare, rendendo il gioco un po' più complicato.

Con inizio, nei prossimi giorni, della General Sale della suddetta nuova edizione di carte, probabilmente, cercherò di provvedere anch'io all'acquisto di un certo numero di pack che mi possa consentire di rinforzare un po' il mio mazzo attuale, poiché, in questo gioco, non è consentito dormire sugli allori.

Ma queste, al momento, non sono nulla di più se non le mie solite elucubrazioni mentali con le quali, fin troppo spesso, finisco con l'annoiarvi, e, di conseguenza, per il momento non mi resta nulla di più da fare se non augurarvi una buona serata.

With this initial greeting, I want, ironically, to apologize to all of you, and also to myself, in a certain sense, for postponing the drafting of this article of mine to today which, however, I should have published last night.

I know that I had promised myself to be more constant, and, therefore, it annoyed me a lot, or last night, not being able to publish anything on this social network, as I now do, practically every day, but, unfortunately I was not just possible in any way.

Yesterday, in fact, was a day to say the least on the verge of absurdity, where I found myself, first of all, after a hard day of work, to waste more than an hour in the queue to be able to carry out the swab, necessary to be able to have that infamous green sheet necessary to be able to go to work.

Unfortunately, however, this was not the last unexpected event of that absurd day, since, immediately after completing my commitment, I found myself having to face a much heavier one, which I would have gladly avoided.

Unfortunately, in fact, I lost about two more hours due to a very heavy family situation, which saw my sister, completely drunk, because after losing her husband last year she fell into depression and, unfortunately, into the habit of drinking, physically assaulting both his son and our mother.

I do not go into details, which saw us, at one point, also call the carabinieri, even if to no avail as we were told that they could not intervene, but, the fact is that I returned home when it was almost 10 in the evening. and, still having to shower, change, as well as eat a little something, I leave you to imagine how much time I may have left to dedicate to this social network, on which I spent just 5/10 minutes, for a quick greeting and a few comments left here and it to some users who I now consider friends.

With this post of mine, therefore, I'm trying to make up for the time lost last night and catch up with my usual posts, dedicated to the results of the daily Quests on Splinterlands, and, therefore, no more chatter and let's talk about the main protagonist of this article which is the quest I completed two nights ago now.

The mission in question was an Earth Quest, or one of those missions to complete which you have to win five challenges, against the opponents on duty, using Summoners and cards, mainly, of the earth element.

Until recently this element was one of the weakest I had in my deck, so usually, I was used to changing the Quest, above, in the hope of finding myself facing better missions, but, from some time now, I don't mind facing this challenge at all, since, with the rent of a couple of cards, I can usually complete it quite easily.

In reality, however, this time it was not all that simple, but I must admit that, however, the series of challenges I faced, even when I was not using the Summoners and the adequate cards to complete the current Quest, were enough for me. favorable, allowing me, consequently, to be able to overcome the level at which I was, finally arriving at the Diamond III level, which is, since the beginning of this Season, as usual, the minimum level at which I hoped to be able to arrive.

While on the one hand I can only be satisfied with having reached my goal, on the other I still have some regret in not being able to reach it a few days in advance, because this would have allowed me to take advantage of the time. still available to try to overcome this goal of mine and reach the Diamond II level.

Since, unfortunately, at the end of the current Season there is little more than a day, in fact, I sincerely doubt, even if the hope is the last to die, that I can succeed in such a result, but, basically, anyway , this is already an excellent goal which, among other things, has allowed me to receive ten chests among the rewards.

Upon opening them inside I found four Alchemy potions, a Legendary Potion, 437 DEC, a Venari Heatsmith from the fire element, a Gargoya Lion from the neutral cards, a Pelacor Bandit from the water element and, to top it off, a Gargoya Devil, a rare neutral card.

The aforementioned rewards, combined with the result achieved at league level, which allowed me to reach what was, from the beginning of the current season, my goal, made this day quite satisfying, although, as I said above, with a hint of regret for not having been able to have the time to do a little more.

It is also true, however, that since my holidays have ended, and the usual working week has therefore been postponed, the time I can devote, both to Splinterlands and to this social network, is certainly much more limited, and, consequently, we look for to do what you can.

It must also be taken into account that, with the arrival of the new cards, after the release on the market of the expansion Chaos Legion, it does not happen, so rarely, to find yourself facing opponents with arrays of cards that they really upset the balances to which, slightly older players like me, had become accustomed, and to which we still have to get used to, making the game a little more complicated.

With the beginning, in the coming days, of the General Sale of the aforementioned new edition of cards, I will probably try to buy a certain number of packs that will allow me to strengthen my current deck a little, since, in this game, you are not allowed to rest on your laurels.

But these, at the moment, are nothing more than my usual mental ruminations with which, all too often, I end up boring you, and, consequently, for the moment there is nothing more to do but wish you a good evening.
