Thursday delivered another solid day of steady movement and fantastic consistency! I am super excited to share today’s activity log after officially recording 5,480 steps, hitting 54% of my daily 10,000 step target. Best of all, today extends my current consistency streak to 6 days in a row on the tracker!
Getting out for a steady evening stroll through Kingston was a wonderful way to wind down the day, clear my head, and keep up the daily fitness habit. Stepping outside into the fresh air and staying on foot keeps energy levels balanced and reinforces the routine as we near the end of the week.
Six consecutive days of green checkmarks locked in feels incredible! Showing up every day whether hitting peak numbers or maintaining active recovery pace builds long term discipline and keeps the momentum rolling right into Friday.
I am feeling energized, motivated, and completely ready to close out the workweek on a strong note tomorrow!
