My Actifit Report Card: July 5 2026
Hello Actifit community and fitness family!

Happy Sunday! Today is July 5, 2026, and we are closing out another fantastic weekend. After enjoying the lush green corridors along the Thames Path yesterday, I decided to keep the riverside theme going for my Sunday long walk. Today's journey took me a bit further along the river to explore a beautiful new area right on the water's edge. The clear blue skies and bright afternoon sun made it an incredible day for pacing out the miles and checking out the local scenery.
I am absolutely thrilled to share that I wrapped up the week on a high note, locking in a wonderful total of 13,290 steps!

Closing the Week Strong The 31Day Streak Stays Flawless!
Smashing past my 10k target on a relaxing Sunday is always a great feeling, but the real victory is maintaining an unbroken daily rhythm. Checking my Actifit app dashboard, tonight's successful tracking ensures my fantastic 31 day streak remains completely active!
Looking at that solid row of vibrant green checkmarks stretching from Monday all the way through to Sunday evening is the ultimate proof of consistency. While syncing up my data, I also noticed a great question on the community home feed from @actifit fitness What's one healthy habit you wish more people appreciated? For me, it's definitely the simple act of a daily walk it does wonders for both the body and the mind!
Discovering Hurst Park Open Space.
The highlight of my trek today was crossing into a wonderful new green lung right next to the river paths.
As captured in my photo, my route brought me to the Hurst Park Open Space, welcomed by a bright blue sign from the Elmbridge Borough Council. It's a fantastic, wide open parkland area that sits beautifully along the water, offering a peaceful escape from the busier town center paths.
While pacing beside the river nearby, I got to enjoy some great summer activity on the water. As shown in my photo, the river was absolutely buzzing with life, featuring a group of kayakers and paddleboarders gliding past a modern glass-fronted building on the opposite bank. The dense, mature green trees overhead provided a gorgeous backdrop to the whole scene. Watching everyone stay active on the water made logging my own extra miles on foot feel entirely effortless!
Ready for the New Week Ahead.
Finishing Sunday with over 13,000 steps leaves me feeling completely refreshed, clear-headed, and ready to tackle whatever the upcoming workweek brings. Staying committed to this daily movement has proven that keeping fit is just about making the choice to step outside, explore new spaces, and enjoy the beautiful sights right on our doorstep. If you are looking for an extra bit of inspiration tonight, head down to a local park or river path let the water set your pace, and watch your goals take care of themselves!
