A few days ago I presented the early stage of Taraxacum officinale but this time I present its later stage and for me the most beautiful and striking, and that's what ... after having flowered and filled with color and beauty a moor, planter or shore of the road, those beautiful and colorful flowers are drying.

These small flowers after showing their beauty are closed and covered with a cocoon formed by the same base of the flower, they dry out forming the seeds, this process lasts around three days, since the flowers are only visible for two days and a half approximately.

^{Esas pequeñas flores después de mostrar su belleza se cierran y cubiertas de un capullo formado por la misma base de la flor, se van secando formando las semillas, este proceso dura alrededor de tres días, ya que las flores solo están a la vista durante dos días y medio aproximadamente.}

When the cocoon reopens a white fluff emerges that with the passage of hours dries a little and acquires size and softness, this fluff will help to spread the small seeds of the plant helped with the wind, in these shots you can observe how some of the seeds have already been detached from the base.

In these following shots I was able to capture a small dandelion, already almost without seeds, and as you can see the seeds are very well subject to the fluff to be transported easily and efficiently.
