[Eng - Spa] My venture, the reason for my absence in Hive - Mi emprendimiento, el porque de mi ausencia en Hive
Hello Hivers, happy Tuesday to all! a few years ago I started this business of churros in Colombia with the faith that this project would go ahead, because who does not like a good churros with hot chocolate. This is how my story begins due to the economic situation that my husband and I were living at that time I decide to undertake in food since it is one of the things that comes out faster, that's how I started I made the dough and my husband with the sleeve (Made with a soda bottle) made the churros, I remember that I sold 5 churros for 1500 Colombian pesos, the first day on sale was a success, they came out very fast to be a sweet quite different in this country.
Hola Hivers feliz martes para todos ! hace algunos años emprendí este negocio de los churros en Colombia con la fe de que saldría adelante este proyecto , porque a quien no le gustan unos buenos churros con chocolate caliente. Así comienza mi historia debido a la situación económica que vivíamos mi esposo y yo en ese entonces decido emprender en comida ya que es una de las cosas que mas rápido sale , así fue como empecé yo realizaba la masa y mi esposo con la manga ( Hecha con una botella de refresco) realizaba los churros, recuerdo que vendía 5 churros por 1500 pesos colombianos , el primer día en venta fue un éxito, salían muy rápido para ser un dulce bastante distinto en este país.
I remember waiting for my husband to come home from work to get churros and store them in my neighbor's refrigerator since we were arriving in Colombia at that time, the business was growing little by little, so much so that it gave me to buy more merchandise and I started selling wafers, the favorites were with (cheese and arequipe) that combination I learned there because in my country they are eaten with arequipe, condensed milk and colored pepitas, I think it would never cross our mind to eat them with cheese 🤣.
Así fueron los inicios de este emprendimiento recuerdo que esperaba que mi esposo llegara del trabajo para sacar churros y guardarlos en la nevera de mi vecina ya que estábamos llegando en ese entonces a Colombia, el negocio fue creciendo poco a poco , tanto así que me dio para comprar mas mercancía y me puse a vender obleas , las favoritas eran con ( queso y arequipe) esa combinación la aprendí allá ya que en mi país se comen con arequipe, leche condensada y pepitas de colores, creo que jamás pasaría por nuestra mente comerlas con queso 🤣
5 months ago we returned to Venezuela with the desire to move forward and be with our family, in our home and our land and that is how I decide to take my venture here in a big way, it has not been easy but it has not been impossible so was born '' La Antojeria'' my venture at this time only churros being a BOOM in the market, I started with a sleeve that my mother had for cookies and my husband adapted it to me for the churros, with a mayonnaise lid mavesa made the nozzle so that I can make them myself and advance work.
Hace 5 meses regresamos a Venezuela con ganas de echar para adelante y estar junto a nuestra familia , en nuestro hogar y nuestra tierra y es así como decido llevar mi emprendimiento acá a lo grande , no ha sido fácil pero no ha sido tampoco imposible así nació '' La Antojeria'' mi emprendimiento en estos momentos solo de churros siendo un BOOM en el mercado, empecé con una manga que tenia mi madre para galletas y mi esposo me la adapto para los churros, con una tapa de mayonesa mavesa realizo la boquilla para que yo misma pueda realizarlos y adelantar trabajo.
The business has been active for about 3 months now, trying to innovate more and more I put different syrups on the churros and even made a menu, a logo and all the graphic material, I work from home and deliver on my bike, I opened an instagram account called @lantojeriiia where you can see absolutely all the work I'm doing, I am organizing my time to be active in Hive but not neglect my business.
EL negocio ya lleva como 3 meses activo , tratando de innovar cada vez mas les coloco a los churros diferentes sirope y hasta realice un menú , un logo y todo el material grafico, trabajo desde la casa y realizo delivery en mi bicicleta , abrí una cuenta en instagram llamada @lantojeriiia donde podrán ver absolutamente todo el trabajo que llevo realizando , estoy organizando mis tiempos para poder seguir activa en Hive pero no descuidar mi emprendimiento.
Every day I work with the desire to grow much more to be able to place myself in the street with my churros to reach more people and sales increase much more, with faith in God and the desire to work to get ahead. Thank you Hivers for coming this far I value your comments very much.
Cada dia trabajo con las ganas de crecer mucho mas poder lograr colocarme en la calle con mis churros para si llegar a mas personas y las ventas aumenten mucho mas , con la fe en Dios y con las ganas de trabajar para salir adelante .
