Buenas noches a toda la comunidad de Hive!! Espero estén pasando un excelente mes, junto a sus seres queridos. Antes que todo desearles la mejor de las suertes para el próximo año, y que puedan disfrutar de una maravillosa Navidad.

I tell you that yesterday, my partner and I decided to go for a walk through the streets of Havana, in order to get away for a while from the stress of studies. Walking along Zapata Street, located in the municipality of Vedado, we arrived at a restaurant called "La flor de Zapata", located in the center of the street, near the "Manuel Fajardo" hospital. The place is not very attractive, despite the fact that the area is crowded with different places to eat. However, between the doubt of having lunch here or elsewhere, we opted for this one, due to the friendliness of the staff, from the moment you find yourself at the entrance.

Les cuento que en el día de ayer, mi pareja y yo decidimos salir a caminar por las calles de La Habana, con el objetivo de desvirtuarnos un rato del estrés de los estudios. Recorriendo la calle Zapata, ubicada en el municipio del Vedado, llegamos a un restaurante llamado: "La flor de Zapata", situado en el centro de la misma, por la zona del hospital "Manuel Fajardo". No muy llamativo el lugar, a casua de que la zona está atestada de disímiles sitios para comer. Sin embargo, entre la duda de almorzar acá o en otro sitio, nos decantamos por este, con razón de la cordialidad del personal, desde que te encuentras en la entrada.

As usual for lunch, we decided to order pizza and a frappé lemonade, of which we were surprised not only by how good it looked, but also by the taste, because the place does not have high prices. About the pizza, what can I say: ...what a pizza!!!.... The truth is that its flavor was very different from the other places in the area; it had been years since I had eaten one with such quality, accompanied by the unique flavor that the pistachio gave it, making it irresistible even for the most refined tastes.

Como de costumbre para un almuerzo, resolvimos pedir pizza y una limonada frappé, de la cuál nos sorprendió no sólo la buena pinta que tenía, sino también el sabor, esto porque el sitio no tiene altos precios. ¿De la pizza, que les puedo decir?: ...¡¡ Que pizza!!... La verdad su sabor difería mucho de los demás sitios de la zona; hacía años no comía una con semejante calidad, acompañada del sabor único que le daba el pistacho, volviendose irresistible hasta para el de gustos más refinados.

To finish, we were inclined to try the local lazaña, a little incredulous, since in Cuba it is very difficult to find this dish, prepared with the best quality. As for this one, although it was not exceptional, it really had nothing to envy to other places. So after being completely satisfied, we continued our busy journey through the streets of our city, a little happier.

Para terminar, nos inclinamos por probar la lazaña del lugar, un poco incrédulos, ya que en Cuba es muy díficil encontrar este platillo, preparado con la mejor calidad. Con respecto a esta, aunque no fue excepcional, la verdad no tenía nada que envidiarle a los demás sitios. Así que luego de quedar completamente complacidos, continuamos nuestra afanada travesía, por las calles de nuestra ciudad, un poco más felices.

So my friends, if one day you are in Vedado, a municipality in the capital of Cuba, and you don't know where there are so many places to have lunch or even dinner, you can visit this restaurant, I promise you will enjoy a delicious meal.

Por tanto amigos míos, si algún día andan recorriendo el Vedado, municipio de la Capital de Cuba, y no saben entre tantos lugares que hay, para almorzar o incluso cenar, pueden visitar este restaurante, les prometo disfrutarán de una deliciosa comida.
