My Happy Food!

Today, my wife instructed me to do the grocery shopping. Ideally, she and our baby should have come with me, but the baby was asleep, so I went alone. Pure Gold, our local grocery store, is nearby, so it's fine.

Back when it was just the two of us and we didn't have a baby yet, we always went grocery shopping together. We enjoyed walking through the grocery aisles and picking out what to buy while watching an online movie.

So today, I went to the grocery store alone. I first bought the supplies my wife asked for and the things my baby needed, like diapers and wipes.

Then, I started looking for things for myself.

I already knew what I needed to buy at the grocery store, my usual cooking items. Korean Ramen.

So I bought Korean Ramen, and I also went to the Frozen Meat Section to buy a slice of pork chop. Yes, you can buy just one slice there because the meat is pre-cut, and I only needed one for the ramen.

I also bought Rootbeer because it's my favorite and it helps me relax. On my way out, I saw a pack of California Maki so I also grabbed one.

When I got home, I immediately boiled the meat. I just seasoned it with Knorr liquid seasoning, garlic, and sugar, then boiled it until it became tender.

Once it was boiling, I also started cooking the noodles and added the meat to let it absorb the flavor.

I suddenly remembered that I forgot to buy kimchi, so I set a timer for what I was cooking and went to our neighborhood Korean market store to buy a small tub of kimchi.

Everything was set!

I added a Japanese Mayo and Sesame Seed Oil to make the taste Special

Later, while watching another Korean movie, this ramen will be my food trip.

These are the simple things that bring joy to my life. As I said in one of my previous posts, I'm easily pleased, and I can make myself happy. In my next post, I'll tell you how I learned to make myself happy, so follow me. Hahaha!!!

And no, what you're probably thinking is not what made me happy. Hahaha!!!

Come on, let's eat!
