Weekend Bliss: It's a Sunday of Feast ,Fun and Family

Hello Hiveans..
I just want to share how my Sunday went well together with my family.I'm so grateful that were being together this weekend knowing that my husband will be away again with us for a weeks. So we spent having a good and fun filled Sunday together.

Our Sunday wouldn't be completely fun filled without visiting the church first and listening to the good news of the Lord.

e've decided to prepare and arrived early at the church venue because we have to do some activities before the mass will start.

Since it's Sunday,we spent our time celebrating the feast in this popular in church in Lapu Lapu City,The National Shrine,Virgen De La Regla.

We're heading first to the "dagkutanan" to lit some candles and offered some prayers.

We bought some candles before offering some prayers in the altar.

And then after sometime were heading upstairs towards" hawkanan" we're we stay in this place for a moment,and in silence offering gratitude through prayers.

When we finished all the activities upstairs were now ready to attend and listen to the Holy Mass.

This kid of mine had nothing to do but capture everything what's inside the church.It's so happened that 5 minutes before the start of the mass,she took his father's phone and jokingly taking photos inside the church while we are waiting for the mass to start.Here are the captured photos of her.Some.were just stolen shots,and I'm thinking if I will be happier looking at these photos😁

I'm so grateful for having heard the good news of the Lord--after listening through it,it likes feeding a hungry soul, and were already full and thankful.
Our next stop was to go to the plaza for our little kid wanted to play.This was her first time this month to be back again in this place after being at home for how many weeks because of being sick.
So I grant her request to visit the park.

In the park,a lot of kids were starting to play on the different areas of the plaza.My daughter was still observing where to play hehe

Sunday is indeed a family and church day. It's amazing that kids today already knows how to use a phone and even take selfies.

@straykat yeah..that's what made them amazing..they're too fast learner when it comes in using gadgets,which is not good 😊

yes, and using gadgets at an early age might cause damage to their eyes..

I thought that it was some kind of cocoa but when I take a closer look, it was brown colored candle but small ones. Anyway, Sunday is church day and family day. I didn't went home last Sunday because I celebrated a team building in my company. !wine

Yeah that's a candle that cost only 1.00 here,..what's the color of your candle there in your church😁?
It's the day I would always looked up to--Sunday,cos it's a Fam day😊
