Yesterday's gatherings made me a eat a lot of food,the delicious sugary and oily foods satisfied my tummy.So today I want you to be reminded that despite the festivities,it's still important to balance everything.So I'm gonna share to you this refreshing, naturally sweet packed with vitamins that helped lighten up all the heavy holiday dishes by making a fresh juice at home,let's try this--Apple,Carrot and Cucumber Powered Juice

Here's a simple ingredients of this powered juice
1 PC cucumber (peeled and grated)
1 PC carrot
1 PC Apple

These are the quick easy steps to do it..
Start preparing the materials such as grater,cup,clean cloth for straining the juice, and a clean knife

Begin by washing and peeling the fruits thoroughly.

Manually grate the apple, cucumber and carrots accordingly.

Continue grated the apple,carrot and cucumber until you finished it all without any waste.

Until you reached this fineness of mixture.Prepare the clean, fine cloth to get the desired finer and smoother juice. Start pouring the mixture through the cloth.

Press it harder using your hands to extract the juice.

You can squeeze a little fresh lemon juice for a citrus flavor and for extra freshness.

Wow this is amazing drinks. This time the price of carrots was low I can try this at home hehe. I know that I can eat a lot during this holiday even though I will not cook for our Christmas foods still lot of our relatives and neighborhood asking to come over and joined them on the table, nyahahaha so I really need to prepare my health by trying your amazing drinks recipe hehe. @segundolhou29 yes sis..after eating all the delicious foods this holidays don't forget to cleanse one's tummy...You're very lucky you have many available carrots there in your place..here it cost 110.00 for the imported ones,and a cheaper price for the ordinary carrots..

That's right. Wow that's price was really nice to hear but sad to say when we sell our local produce here its just 27 per kilo 😢 I hope one day the government will stop importing so that the locally produce will benefit the farmers and the consumers because the locally produce was healthy and there is no preservatives added that's why it can only last for a week. But the import once can last for a months😢 this makes me think how come it can last a months? 😢😂

Oyyyh that's so sad to hear,it's very low in price pala when it's being sold,and when it reaches here in the market,sobrang laki na ng Patong.. hopefully the government will come to think of it one day,an be concerned with the local farmers,

Sounds delicious! Looks a lot of work to me, though, doing this all by hand. Somewhere tucked away, I have a fruit juice machine. Perhaps I shall use that to recreate your recipes. I'll bookmark to serve as a reminder. Coming days/week have time of work, so I shall have plenty available to make an attempt. NJOY the drink!

@edje yeah you can save this for future use🤗my blender got ruined, some parts of it need some repair.thats why I made this juice manually,soon when my machine is okay,I'll be using it so as not to waste time hhehe
