A Sweaty and Playful Saturday
When children run, jump, and play, they aren’t just moving their bodies — they’re moving their imaginations, building strength in both muscles and spirit.Physical activities with kids are not about winning or losing, but about sharing joy, teaching teamwork, and creating moments that last a lifetime.
Hello everyone😊🌞
It's Saturday today. I'm grateful my daughter is feeling well already.
I brought her to the gym to have a morning walk. To let her fully recovered, I exposed her to some physical activities like running, and walking.

We've waited for the sun to rise. So while waiting we saw a ball on the other side of the bench. There's no other kids roaming around the gym. It's quiet and peaceful. It's just us. My daughter and me, having fun running around.

It's so fun most especially this moment where I perfectly shoot the ball on its ring..
Then after the short warm up, we also decided to play along the lines in the covered court.

We're having so much fun while we both playing running across each lines. We laughed, giggled and smiled.
Now the sun finally rise and we both exposed ourselves for an hour. It's a Sweaty Saturday indeed!
This would be all for now and see you in my next blog journey.
