A Simple And Tasty Treats With these Bite Sized Bliss ---The Sesame Rice Balls

Hello food lovers in this community!
I'm back after how many days of no connection..I missed posting in this community.Try to check and why not try this simple recipe made from simple ingredients only.So I wanna share to you one of my husbands favorite snacks-- the sesame Rice Balls or buchi in Cebuano.

Here's the following ingredients
1 1/2 cup Glutinous Rice flour
1 cup of water
1/2 cup of sugar
1/4 cup sesame seeds
3cups of oil for deep frying
1tsp salt
1/2 box of cheese (sliced into strips)

These are the following steps to do in making this simple sesame seeds rice balls.

In a pan,combine the water and the sugar.Stir it thoroughly until the sugar dissolved.

Gently add the glutinous flour and start mixing it to the water.

With your clean bare hands start mixing the glutinous flour into its mixture.

Rest the dough for about 3-5 minutes

Prepare the cheese as it's fillings.
I choose Eden cheese as a filling of it.But you also choose monggo,ube, chocolate or depending on what you want.

With your clean hands,after resting the dough,start forming it into a small ball.Begin it with by cutting it into a small size..Insert the filling at the center and start forming it into balls by rolling it into your palm.

After forming it into a balls,dredge and roll it into the sesame seeds.

Form as many sesame balls as you can.

Start preparing the pan,add some oil,to start deep frying the sesame balls.

Deep fry until golden brown.

Use strainer to drain the excess oil.Or you can line the plate with tissue paper to remove the excess oil.

Finally it's cooked and served it hot.

Oh I love the cheesey filling in it.

You can try this chewy, delicious sweet dumplings also.Yoi can enjoy comforting dessert together with your family and friends.

if you add mesh mung beans, its really look a like onde onde here (Indonesia). Trully loved some food with sesame 😆

Wow! This looks delicious and is good as snacks, maybe I might try this one sooner. 😋 This looks like the binangkal bread hehe, but this is made of glutinous rice flour. Interesting, hmmmm😋

@daileen23 yeah it's quite similar to binangkal..the only different is in binangkal it uses AP flour while this used glutinous rice..you're actually right.. But I find this more delicious than binangkal hehe..try this at home too..you might find this also delicious
