Hello everyone 👋 One exciting activities held every month in school is the conduct of simultaneous earthquake drill.

The said simultaneous activity was announced earlier that DRRM team will conduct the drill. My students were being oriented on what to do before the drill.

All of them were getting down while covering and protecting their heads.
Slowly going out, while performing the basics of the drill.

When the bell started to ring, all of them, were alert and listened attentively to the signal. And when it stopped, all the students were getting ready performing the duck, cover and hold.

They're all falling in line, going outside, to our evacuation area. It's the safest point, going to the evacuation place. Where no debris such as metals, and other structures. Students were heading going to an open area or space outside the school.

Teachers always see to it that the students participated well and behaving well during the drill. The drill being conducted aimed to educate the students to be prepared when disasters happened. It's always good to be ready all the time training them to prepare for a real calamity.

The drill ended successfully that each one of us were happy hearing the team satisfied with the result of the drill being conducted.

This would be all for now and see you in my next blog journey..Bye 😍 🫶

@leighdalisay exactly sis...
That's why what I always wished and hoped that students will do it seriously even if it's a drill.. because it always benefit them (the students)when real quake really comes...
