A memorable day of annual checkup and laboratory test followed by a flavourful lunch at ngohiong express

@bayanihive hello how are you in this community..I hope you're doing good today..I just wanna share a little glimpse of today's happenings.

It's 10:45a.m in the morning when I headed in the laboratory center here at hi-perecision.I was scheduled today for an annual laboratory test.The following test were to be performed on me like Complete blood count (CBC), urinalysis and the XRay.

I filled up the form first and after that waited my number to be called by the cashier.A lot of patients were also being scheduled in UA,CBC and X-ray.These are just the three most important test required for the teachers before we finally closed this school year 2025-2026.

So I've waited my number 057 to get registered in their system. So I've seated for a while waiting my number to be called again.

For the 3 laboratory test that will be performed on me costs 510.00,it's advantage on my part, because I brought with me some ID and got a discounted price.

So finally I was given this for my urine and successfully filled it in@11:35a.m..

For the X-ray,I was being interviewed before they're performing chest x-ray on me..

So I'm also being extracted with some blood for my complete blood count,wherein red blood cell and white blood cell and hemoglobin were checked.Its a bit painful once undergoing this kind of test, because I had so much fear on needles.
When everything was done,me and my colleague decided to go outside and looked for a place for us to dine in and eat some lunch.

So we've reached to the point where we were so hungry and planned to eat our lunch here in ngohiong express because we've finished everything and @12:20noon.
I love how Ngohiong Express satisfied their customers with their delicious finger foods.

So I only picked this tempura,ngohiong and a piece of rice just to ease my hunger..

We ended the day worth savoring for,annual checks up and laboratory test are routines that each one of us should appreciate.Our health and giving importance to one's well being is very essential .
Having a lunch at ngohiong express made it also so much memorable,it's like celebrating wellness with the comfort of foods.

Being health-conscious means showing up for routine checkups like this. Annual lab tests I cannot be comfortable but it’s so important sis for our well-being. Taking care of our health is best self-care, rewarding it with a good meal makes it even better. Let’s stay healthy and keep inspiring other to prioritize wellness sis.

I agree. Annual check ups is a must to detect any sickness and to cure it on its early stage. It's good that you rewarded yourself with food after. :D

Starting the year with annual check-up is a good decision. Hoping for a good result for all of you. My hubby and I also plan to have our annual check-up by February since andami pang gatherings this month hehe.💗

But I have to prepare myself for the results 😁haha daming revelations Pag medyo taba na katawan😊
I'm thankful that it's part of the requirements in teaching,it's a compulsory for us to have some annual checkup and labs...
