A Grateful Reflections on the Gifts I received

"I am Grateful Beyond Words For the Thoughtful Gifts Received"

@bayanihive community hello 👋🏽 it's been a long time since my last posting here.Today I'm back,sharing you how grateful I am today cherishing the gifts I have received from an unexpected person.

Early in the morning,today@6:00a.m when I headed in the classroom, a supportive mother of my student,greeted me with a smile and happily handed me a pasalubong.

It's wrapped in a glossy paper bag,it's heavy and it's full packed,full of items inside. She said to me,"Mam sobrang late na ng gift ko sayu kararating lang namin galing Mindanao. And then I said,Hala! I never expected to be given these many pasalubong.
And then I replied to her," No worries ma'am,it's okay even if you won't give me,then I smiled and greeted her too,a happy new year 🎊

As a way of gratitude I took photos first before opening it.My heart just full of happiness for the thoughtful pasalubong I've received.
And I felt ashamed to ask her to have some photo opportunity for she's rushing going home.

And when I opened it, I'm so much grateful beyond words when I saw this keychain that has a beautiful quotes in it and has a family picture of us.

Wow,I find this very beautiful and so I reflected on the words printed on the keychain as it says" A teacher takes a hand,opens a mind and touches a heart".

I felt touched and moved by this quotes.Somehow,I never thought somebody appreciated my effort teaching kids most especially the PWD student,her son,is a PWD,and everyday this kind of student is different from the other student,he has something in him that's so special..He is a kind of student that's so loving and smiling and he used to hug everyone even his classmates.He's son has a mild autism and has difficulty in expressing oneself,cannot articulate well,and has a low comprehension when reading but I always appreciated her son for behaving so well in the class.He didn't have any tantrums.Although I have difficulty in dealing him when it comes to giving of instruction everyday,but still I'm trying my best to understand him coz it's part of my mission as a teacher 😊
And this, beautiful keychain with family picture of us is so nice and I'm so grateful for her (supportive mother)effort in making this..She's really taking the time to find pictures of us, ☺️ a beautiful personalized keychain ❤️

An Overflowing gratitude is what I felt right now for these thoughtful gifts received,it really warmed my heart and I always cherished the kindness for giving me this such,truly there's always treasure in a generous hearts🥰 💕
