I never dreamed about success - I worked for it.

The is a simple but yet direct way of describing why some people succeed and others can not. Sometimes there is luck involved and other times just great with timing. Yet the reality is you can prepare yourself to succeed by studying and acquiring the skills necessary to obtain success.

Often times people either dwell on the reasons why they are not able to succeed or not motivated to work toward success since they don't see it happening. No matter how much one wants to succeed it only really matters if they had put in the effort. Dreaming big can give one inspiration and motivation to work towards their dreams but they have to take action in order for it to all work out. Even if luck is on their side and opportunities comes their way if they are not well prepared then they will not necessarily succeed.
