(EXHAUST) Surprise Gym Class 22/11/2022

Hello everyone hope you are all enjoying your week so far. Mine is going fair to mild. But I did have a little change to my gymming routine yesterday. What was supposed to be a leg day turned into a full body workout class when a gym staff member came up to me and asked me if I would like to come and try out the 45 min full body workout class starting in 10min. So I thought why not it sound like it could be fun. So now for my workout day breakdown.

All my days will start off basically the with very little if any change.

First for a warm up I take a 30min walk from my home to the gym. Then once I've arrived I do a 15min stretching session.

Cardio time
15min seated cycling
15min flat treadmill walk

Full Body Class
This class was not easy at the end I was sweating my ass off. We start off with a few stretches to warm up then we started doing 2min set of different weight lifting and cardio workouts with only taking a break each 8min when the teacher was showing the class the next workout sets.

Each set repeat for 2min
First Set
Weights - 10 Bicep curls and 10 Tricep pulls (2min X2)
Cardio - Burpys (2min X2)
Second Set
Weights - 10 Bench Press and 10 Shoulder Press (2min X2)
Cardio - Burpys (2min X2)
Third Set
Weights - Don't know the name but basically bend left weight to chest then squat then place weight back on ground and repeat for the 2min X2
Cardio - Burpys (2min X2)
Fourth set
Core - air bicycle 1min
set up 1min
heel touch 1min
plank 1min
X2
Last Part
stretching out

Now after all of this I was so tied but I still had a 30min walk back home.

OMG I hate burpees hahahaha.

But I should probably do some cardio...
