(EXHAUST) Morning workout 01 June 2023
Good day everyone last time I posted on exhaust I still had a gym membership at plant fitness but now our contract has end. So now I'm going to be use self weight training machines that can be found in our local parks they are not as good as the weight machines at the gym but they still work well.
Walk-Though
First for a warm up I take a 60min walk around the neighborhood.
self weight machines
20 reps 3 sets
20mims 2sets
20mins 2sets
20mins 2set
Every 5mins changed arm rotations
20mins 2sets
5reps 2sets
20mins 2sets
20reps 2sets
On both sides
Working down
15min stretching
30min walk
