(EXHAUST) Leg & Back Training Day 24/11/2022
Hello all my fellow exercises I had another very good day at gym sorry about the post coming out so late I was quite busy. On this day I decided I needed to do what I was supposed to due on Tuesday which was my legs but I decided that my back also needed a bit of coverage so this is my leg and back day.
All my days will start off basically the with very little if any change.
First for a warm up I take a 30min walk from my home to the gym. Then once I've arrived I do a 15min stretching session.
Cardio time
15min seated cycling
15min flat treadmill walk
1min planking X3
20 leg raises X3
Weight training
20 Leg cruel X3 45kg
20 Leg extension X3 45kg
30 Calf press X3 120kg
15 Rear kick X3 20kg
15 Vertical traction X3 60kg
15 Vertical row X3 40kg
15 Lat machine X3 45kg
30 Standing calf raises X3 80kg
As you can see I don't do to much on leg day since I still need to walk home after. and I do have a slit case of arthritis in my knees so I must be careful.
And last but not least.
Working down
15min stretching
20min steam room
And of course the 30min walk back home.
