Greetings Hive and The Singing Voice!!!

This week I'm doing a cover song, from the band Antimatter! This is one of Mick's older songs from the album "Planetary Confinement" called "Weight Of The World". I'm not totally sure his meaning when he wrote this song, but for me, it is the tale of someone who is very empathic and introverted. I'm not going to claim that I'm empathic, however, I am extremely introverted and I cannot be around too many people for too long. I get tired, overwhelmed, and depressed. It is a hard feeling to really explain to people who don't feel the same way, but this song comes pretty close. Basically, unless I'm in nature, alone, or with a few close friends and family, I feel like I'm in Hell.

Esta semana estoy haciendo un cover de la banda Antimatter! Esta es una de las canciones más antiguas de Mick del álbum "Planetary Confinement" llamada "Weight Of The World". No estoy totalmente seguro de su significado cuando escribió esta canción, pero para mí, es la historia de alguien que es muy empático e introvertido. No voy a afirmar que soy empático, sin embargo, soy extremadamente introvertido y no puedo estar con demasiada gente por mucho tiempo. Me siento cansado, abrumado y deprimido. Es un sentimiento difícil de explicar realmente a las personas que no sienten lo mismo, pero esta canción se acerca bastante.
